POSITION: QC OFFICER (Chemist/Analyst)
QUALIFICATION:M.Sc/B Pharm
EXPERIENCE: 2 Years & Above
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To test bulk, zero and finished products.
- Sampling and testing of raw material.
- To prepare the protocols of analysis carried out for materials or products and co-ordinate with the department colleagues up to the release of that material or product which includes completion of Analytical record, affixing status labels in stores, generation of Certificate Of Analysis, data entry in registers etc.
- To use, maintain, calibration and monitor instruments on daily and monthly basis.

POSITION: PRODUCTION OFFICER
QUALIFICATION: B Pharm/ M Pharm
EXPERIENCE: 2 Years & Above
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To handle complete shift operation of manufacturing area which includes all activities related to batch manufacturing, dispensing, equipment/ area cleaning and sterilization (as applicable), sterilization of garments.
- To maintain the facility as per cGMP norms.
- To increase/ Maintain batch yield.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- All documents related to raw material and finished product for submission to customer as per regulatory requirements.
- To update price list.
- To prepare regulatory documentation related to dossier.
- Review of batch records -BMR -BPR -QC documents related to batch record. (Master formula card management)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for breakdown related to machine.
- Planning for Preventive maintenance of machine.
- Operation and Maintenance of machine.
- Responsible to carry out routine activities like CIP, SIP of the machine and tank.
- Increasing the productivity of the machine by decreasing the breakdown of machine.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for preparing schedule for preventive maintenance of utility machine
- To target for zero percent break down in utility area and service floor
- Responsible for area modification as per GMP
- Monitoring of day to day operation and maintenance activities.
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of utility equipments, their preventive maintenance

EXPERIENCE: 2 Years & Above
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for preparing schedule for preventive maintenance of Process equipments
- To target for zero percent break down in Plant.
- To monitor the daily output of Both filling machines, Packing machines and WFI consumption.
- To maintain environmental system, water system and other utilities in healthy condition as per requirement.
- Monitoring of day to day operation and maintenance activities in the plant.

QUALIFICATION: B.PHARM / M.PHARM
EXPERIENCE: 7 Years & Above
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To verify and approve the specification and method of analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in- process samples and finished product.
- Responsible for approval and rejection of material based on the analysis outcome.
- Ensure inventory management of reagents/ standards/ media etc
- Review the market complaints received and provide necessary technical inputs in investigation.
- Responsible for water, sterility, equipment, cleaning, process & BET validation.
