Job Title: SharePoint Solutions Architect

UG Qualification: BE (Computer Science / IT) / BTech

PG Qualification: ME / MTech / MCA

Job Description:

The SharePoint Architect will play a central role in the complete solution lifecycle including: presale efforts and responding to RFP’s, designing solutions and envisioning follow up work.

The implementation role will include software architecture, development, customization and integration with the help of development teams.

The ideal candidate will provide thought leadership on best practices for architectural design, understand the Microsoft SharePoint solution stack, and have a thorough understanding of enterprise application integration involving Business Process Management, Collaboration, CRM, Enterprise Content Management, and Portals.

Must provide individual or project support for complex projects or applications, adhere to project timelines and technical deliverables within different client environments; and analyze and provide quality technical solutions that exceed client expectations.

This role requires a proven technical skill set that has been demonstrated in the development of enterprise Line of Business applications and their integration into heterogeneous enterprise systems.

The ideal candidates will possess the following:

  • Proficient in MS SharePoint 2010/2013, Designer 2010/2013 and PowerShell
  • Extensive experience in MS SQL server
  • Experience in architecting SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 and Integration with other technology
  • Expert in SharePoint in development, design and architecture
  • Experience in architecture of solutions around Microsoft technologies particularly SharePoint.
  • Programming with .NET Framework: Complete from back end to Windows or Web Forms front end Enterprise integration technologies
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills


Job Title: Quality Process Analyst

UG Qualification: BE

PG Qualification: MSC (IT) / MCM / MCA

Work Experience: 7+ years

Job Description:

  • Provide Process consulting to project teams and staff areas on Information Security and Quality systems/models(ISO, and CMMi)
  • Perform Information security and Process Compliance audits
  • Perform Project reviews through the life cycle of the project and Project audits
  • Metrics data analysis and review
  • Leading Quality Improvement initiatives ,Introduction of new process initiatives and Training on QMS process
  • Work as a Software Quality representative on project teams to improve awareness, visibility, and communication on quality initiatives focused on the support of project and global quality goals and priorities
  • Learn and apply new Quality concepts
  • Write clear and detailed audit reports and recommendations
  • Work effectively and independently on assigned projects/tasks
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with senior management, project consultants and staff members

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of recent, full-time and relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance with demonstrated knowledge in Information Security (ISO 27001) and CMMi/ISO Quality system/model.
  • Work proficiently on MS Word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent in oral and written communication


  • Information Security Management System(ISMS) and ISO 9001/CMMi quality models/systems
  • Software Development Lifecycle(SDLC) and ITIL best practices
  • Software Quality Assurance and Quality concepts


Job Title: Project Manager

UG Qualification: BE (Computer Science / IT) / BTech

PG Qualification: ME / MTech / MCA

Work Experience: 7-8 years

Job Description:

  • Manage software projects and services in an agile environment from project initiation to support.
  • Manage software delivery and manage portfolio of software / solution based projects to clientele
  • Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
  • Ensure projects run to time, budget and quality
  • Identify, track, and manage project risks to successful project completion.
  • Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Escalate issues in time to ensure minimal impact to quality, budget, and time line.
  • Lead the team to prioritize project work based on analysis of strategic importance, tasks outstanding, blockers, budgets, resources and deadlines.
  • Prepare Project documentation & report status regularly to stake holders

Candidate Profile:

Require a total of 7+ years of relevant working experience in which 2 to 3 years of experience working in project management/development & managing/leading IT team.

Experience on SharePoint development projects will be an added advantage

Understanding of development process: development, testing, and deployment as well as work breakdown, dependencies, responsibilities.
