Job Description
a. Maintaining masters
b. Ensuring regular Transaction data updating.
c. Configuring reports as required and sharing over email.
d. Reporting tech issues to Tech Service team for resolution.
e. Excel based working on data and reporting.
f. Communication with internal and client team members.
g. Recording of the issues and resolution.
