Salary : 12 k – 15 k
Timings :11.am to 8.pm
Prerequisites :
Graduate with minimum experience of 1 year. (Freshers may also apply)
Excellent communication skills, result oriented, extrovert , passionate.
Preferably female candidates.
Job description:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone ,electronically or face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Record details of inquiries ,comments and complaints.
- Record details of action taken.
- Manage administration.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions.
