Parinati Solutions is looking for trainers to train end-users on the features of a software application and to guide the end-users to resolve basic “how-to” queries related to the application.

Skills needed:
• Basic grasping of software application functionality
• Good communication skills in English. Good knowledge of Konkani will be an added advantage
• Min 1 year of working experience, preferably in the training area. Other software / BPO experience may suffice.
• Retired personnel can also apply
• Min qualifications – Diploma or graduation

Work location will be in Goa.
Employment will be on a 1-year contract basis and extendable based on requirement and candidate performance.
Salary will be on-par with IT industry standards.

We invite referrals for candidates satisfying the above criteria. The persons referring suitable CVs will be paid a referral bonus of Rs.3000. The referral bonus will be paid after the proposed candidate is selected and completes 6 months of working. Also, we would require that the applicant should not have applied to Parinati through any other channel before the referral was made.
