Tasks
Erection & Commissioning of all packaging machines in the respective region & Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
Service support in packaging machine for food and confectionery
Trouble shooting off-site and on-site
Preparation of service visit reports
Sending spares quote to customer
Attending service calls for machines under warranty or paid visit
Undertaking AMC as & when required
Updating customer database in the respective region.
Requirements
B.E/Diploma ( Electrical) with first class having 3-7 years of experience
with Knowledge and hands on experience on mechatronics of Capital Equipments.
The candidate will be responsible for Handling of E&C of all machines, attending
service calls and Customer complaints
